Clancy Balen is a multi-platform cadet journalist at the ABC Hobart. Previously, he worked as a general news reporter at The Examiner in Launceston.
Clancy also has a background in audio production and sound design and has produced and hosted award-winning podcasts such as The Yarn (Australian Podcast Awards 'Climate Award') and Uncurated (New York Festivals Radio awards).
He has also provided editing and original sound design for the podcast series One Small Act by Deadset Studios and Pinna FM.
