'Difficult people' make our lives hell. Here's how to get your power back

Do you have someone in your life who doesn’t respect boundaries, unsettles you and generally makes you feel terrible?

This is what’s known as a 'difficult person'.

But, there are ways to get these personalities out of your life or to, at least, stop them from sucking all your energy whilst giving nothing in return.
